Push-Through Signs

In a push-through sign, thick acrylic letters or graphics pass through openings routed in an aluminum face. The acrylic projects beyond the cabinet, so the copy has real depth rather than appearing printed on the surface. Internal LEDs can light the front, the exposed edges, or both, depending on the effect specified for the project.

Opaque vinyl or paint can block light on selected surfaces. Clear, translucent, frosted, and colored acrylics can also be combined in one design. Accurate routing and a close fit between the acrylic and cabinet face keep the edges clean and the projection consistent.
