Sign Cabinets & Light Boxes
Sign cabinets and light boxes are robust, enclosed structures designed to illuminate large-format sign faces. Typically fabricated from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum, these cabinets house internal LED modules strategically positioned for uniform light distribution, eliminating hot spots and shadows.
Face material options include acrylic, polycarbonate, flexible sign material, routed aluminum, or push-through graphics. Available in single or double-faced configurations, cabinets can be wall-mounted, projecting, freestanding, or integrated into larger sign structures. Hinged or removable retainers ensure easy access for maintenance and electrical servicing. Ideal for storefront identification, directories, menu boards, tenant signs, and prominent commercial displays.
SEG Light Box
Our fabric-face LED light boxes are available with two professional graphic-retention systems:
- SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic): A silicone strip is sewn around the fabric graphic and inserted into a narrow channel in the aluminum frame. This stretches the fabric evenly and creates a clean, virtually frameless appearance. SEG is ideal for indoor retail, corporate, hospitality, and exhibition applications.
- Slide-In/Clamping Gasket Rail: The fabric face is secured around the perimeter using a flexible gasket inserted into a clamping rail. This system provides strong, adjustable tension and is well suited for large-format light boxes, sign cabinets, and selected outdoor applications.
Both systems use high-resolution printed fabric faces and energy-efficient LEDs for bright, uniform illumination without visible hot spots. Graphics can be removed and replaced when advertising or branding changes. Light boxes are available in custom sizes and single-sided, double-sided, wall-mounted, suspended, or freestanding configurations.
