Who can order from Wholesale Sign Pro?
Wholesale Sign Pro partners with sign companies, sign installers, sign brokers, designers, architects, agencies, and other qualified sign industry professionals throughout the USA and Canada. We manufacture to your specifications, helping you protect your client relationships — from design review and shop drawings through fabrication, inspection, packaging, and delivery.
Do you sell exclusively to sign companies and trade professionals?
Yes. Wholesale Sign Pro sells at wholesale exclusively to sign companies, sign contractors, and sign brokers across the USA and Canada. We do not sell directly to building owners, property managers, or end users.
Will you sell directly to my customer?
No. We sell only to sign industry trade professionals. Your customer relationship is protected — we do not contact, quote, or sell to end users identified through our trade customers' projects. Your company remains the customer-facing sign provider and controls pricing, communication, approvals, and installation.
Can you ship directly to my customer's location, and offer blind or neutral shipping?
Yes. We can ship directly to an installation site, a contractor's location, or any delivery address specified on the order — the delivery address does not affect the trade-only sales relationship. Blind or neutral drop shipping can also be arranged without Wholesale Sign Pro branding or pricing documents included; confirm the required presentation when requesting the quotation so it can be built into the order.
Will my company's information appear on the packaging, or can I supply my own labels and instructions?
Custom labeling options may be available, and your labels, packing instructions, or installation documents can be incorporated when supplied in advance. Confirm labeling and documentation requirements when placing the order.
Do you protect customer and project confidentiality?
Yes. Project information — including customer identity, pricing, end-user details, and project specifications — is treated as confidential and used only for quoting, manufacturing, and delivering the order. We communicate through your company unless you provide written authorization for us to work directly with another project participant.
Can you become our ongoing manufacturing partner, from a single custom sign to a national rollout?
Yes. We support one-time custom projects, repeat programs, franchise rollouts, and multi-location rebranding projects that require consistent specifications and coordinated delivery across multiple sites. For recurring work, we document approved construction, materials, colors, LED components, electrical specifications, mounting details, packaging, and location identification — keeping appearance and quality consistent across every order, while still allowing for location-specific dimensions or mounting requirements when needed. For rollouts, we recommend approving a first article or production sample before releasing the remaining locations. Contact us to discuss your production requirements and volume.
Do you offer dealer or reseller pricing?
Wholesale pricing is available to eligible sign companies and trade professionals. Contact us to establish an account and discuss your order volume.
Quotes, Approvals, and Artwork
What information do you need to prepare an accurate quotation?
For the fastest, most accurate quotation, send the sign type, overall dimensions or letter height, quantity, illumination method, face and return colors, return depth, mounting method, certification requirements, installation location, and delivery ZIP or postal code — along with any raceway, wireway, backer, trim, electrical, or packaging requirements, and your deadline. Vector artwork, architectural drawings, landlord criteria, site photographs, and brand standards are especially helpful for complex or multi-location projects.
Which artwork file formats do you accept?
Vector artwork is required for production, with fonts converted to outlines and colors identified by PMS number, paint specification, vinyl manufacturer and color number, acrylic color, or an approved physical sample. Accepted formats include AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and CDR. We can review high-resolution raster files (JPG, PNG, TIFF) as visual references, but photographs, screenshots, and low-resolution logos are not suitable for direct production and must be recreated as vector artwork — additional charges may apply.
Can you convert low-resolution artwork into production-ready files?
In many cases, yes. Our team can review low-resolution or raster artwork and redraw or vectorize suitable logos into production-ready geometry, subject to the complexity and quality of the reference image. Any artwork charge will be identified before the work begins, and the recreated file will be sent for approval.
Do you provide shop drawings and installation patterns?
Yes. Shop drawings showing dimensions, materials, colors, electrical requirements, and mounting details are produced for each order, along with wiring diagrams and full-size installation patterns — sectioned patterns or electronic drilling files can be supplied as appropriate for the project and shipping method. Our team also flags narrow strokes, tight bends, unsupported sections, and other details that could affect fabrication or illumination, and issues revised drawings when changes are needed. Confirm what is included with your specific quotation, as inclusions vary by sign type and project complexity.
Will I approve the design before manufacturing starts?
Yes. Production begins only after the required drawing, color, and construction approvals are received and commercial terms are confirmed. Carefully check spelling, dimensions, quantities, mounting, electrical details, and site conditions at that stage — changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time.
Can you match custom brand colors?
Yes. Signs can be painted or finished to custom brand colors. Provide the PMS or Pantone color number, paint manufacturer code, vinyl manufacturer and color number, acrylic selection, or an approved physical color sample when requesting the quotation.
Can you match an existing sign?
In most cases, yes — with sufficient reference material. Provide photographs, measurements, color references, construction details, and if possible, a physical sample. Exact matching may be affected by weathering, fading, and discontinued materials or components.
Can you produce a prototype or sample letter before full production?
Yes. A first article, sample letter, finish sample, or illuminated color sample can be produced for qualifying projects. Prototypes are normally quoted and produced separately from the main order, adding cost and lead time — but they're valuable for new designs, brand standards, and multi-location programs where repeatability is critical.
Can you manufacture signs according to architectural drawings?
Yes. We manufacture signs in accordance with approved architectural drawings, production drawings, and written sign specifications, subject to technical review. Drawings must be submitted for review before the quotation is finalized.
Can you help determine the correct letter depth and size?
Yes. Our team can recommend appropriate letter heights, return depths, and lighting configurations based on letter style, viewing distance, illumination method, mounting surface, and installation requirements.

Wholesale Sign Pro manufactures custom illuminated and non-illuminated wholesale signs for sign companies, sign contractors, and sign brokers across the USA and Canada — including the full range of channel letters described below, plus illuminated sign cabinets, push-through acrylic signs, pylon and monument signs, and solar-powered signs, built to specification from customer-supplied artwork.
What types of channel letters do you manufacture?
We manufacture a broad range of channel letters and dimensional signage, including front-lit trim-cap, aluminum-trim and F-trim, trimless, reverse or halo-lit, front-and-back-lit, edge-lit, side-lit, stainless steel, fabricated acrylic, open-face neon and flexible LED-neon, marquee, contour, epoxy-filled, day-and-night, and solid laser-cut channel letters and logos. Our team recommends the best construction for your design, budget, and installation requirements.
Do you make front-lit, halo-lit, and front-and-back-lit channel letters?
Yes. We manufacture all three illumination types — front-lit, reverse halo-lit, and front-and-back-lit — available in custom sizes, fonts, colors, and finishes. See "What is the difference between front-lit and halo-lit channel letters?" and "Can you make letters that illuminate both the face and the back?" below for how each one works.
Can you manufacture trimless channel letters?
Yes. Our trimless channel letters use a precision aluminum extrusion system that eliminates the conventional plastic trim cap, producing a seamless, flush-face edge with no visible fasteners or trim lines. Available in 1.37", 2", 3", and 4" return depths, in any font, color, and letter height.
Do you fabricate custom logos and irregular shapes?
Yes. CNC routing, laser cutting, bending, and welding allow us to fabricate contour letters, logo signs, mascots, crests, and non-standard shapes that follow the exact outline of a design — not limited to standard rectangular cabinets or uniform letter profiles. Built to approved production artwork and project specifications, available illuminated or non-illuminated.
Do you manufacture stainless steel or fabricated acrylic letters?
Yes. Stainless steel channel letters are available in brushed, mirror-polished, satin, and custom finishes for front-lit or reverse halo-lit applications. Fabricated acrylic letters are precision-cut with LED illumination, available in a full range of standard and custom colors, opacities, and thicknesses.
Can you make pylon signs, monument signs, and sign cabinets?
Yes. We manufacture illuminated sign cabinets in single-sided and double-sided configurations for wall-mount and freestanding applications. Pylon and monument signs can incorporate illuminated cabinets, channel letters, tenant identification panels, LED message centers, and digital displays — fabricated to approved engineering drawings and local permit requirements.
Do you produce push-through acrylic signs?
Yes. Push-through signs feature dimensional acrylic letters or graphics precision-cut through the aluminum sign face and installed from behind, creating a raised, backlit three-dimensional graphic. Light transmits through the face, the edges of the acrylic, or both surfaces — producing a premium illuminated appearance suited to retail storefronts, hospitality signage, and national brand programs.
Can you build LED message centers or digital signs?
Yes. LED message centers and digital display panels can be incorporated into sign cabinets and pylon sign structures, or supplied as standalone digital LED signs. Specifications, display resolution, content management, and control systems depend on the application — provide project details for a quotation.
What is the largest sign or channel letter you can manufacture?
We manufacture signs across a broad range of sizes, including custom and non-standard projects. Maximum dimensions depend on the material, construction method, shipping requirements, and installation conditions at the site — large elements may need to be segmented for structural strength, material yield, shipping, or installation, and we'll identify any proposed seams and supports during engineering. Submit your drawings and project specifications for a project-specific review.
Do you manufacture signs for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes. We manufacture signs for interior and exterior applications. Materials, LED components, power supplies, finishes, sealing, and drainage provisions are selected based on the installation environment — interior, exterior, coastal, and high-humidity locations each have different material and construction requirements.
Materials and Construction
What materials are used to make channel letters?
Channel letter construction typically involves aluminum returns, acrylic or polycarbonate faces, aluminum or composite letter backs, LED modules, listed power supplies, wiring, connectors, fasteners, sealants, and weather-resistant paint or finish. Stainless steel, brass, copper, and galvanized steel are available for specific letter styles and finishes.
What thickness of aluminum do you use?
We typically use 0.040" aluminum for standard channel letter returns and 0.063" for larger letters and heavier-duty construction. Thickness is selected based on letter height, return depth, wind exposure, and project specifications; the approved shop drawing identifies the project-specific construction.
What is the difference between trim-cap and trimless channel letters?
Standard trim-cap channel letters use a strip of flexible plastic trim around the perimeter of the acrylic face to secure it to the aluminum return, producing a visible edge profile at the face-to-return junction. Trimless letters use a precision aluminum extrusion system to hold the face flush with the return — eliminating the visible trim cap and producing a cleaner, more architectural finished edge. See our full trim-cap vs. trimless comparison for the complete breakdown, including Jewelite vs. aluminum trim.
Do you use aluminum or plastic trim?
Both are available, depending on the specified construction. We also have the capability to produce aluminum trim directly from flat coil stock — an option for projects that require a metal trim rather than standard plastic trim cap.
What paint, metal, and decorative finishes are available?
Options include standard and custom paint colors, brushed or polished metals, anodized-style finishes, specialty metallics, and selected architectural finishes. Availability depends on the substrate, outdoor exposure, and project quantity, and some finishes require an approved sample or a longer lead time.
When should acrylic be used instead of polycarbonate?
Acrylic generally offers strong optical clarity, color consistency, and surface hardness, making it the standard choice for most channel-letter faces. Polycarbonate provides greater impact resistance and is often preferred where breakage or vandalism is a concern, such as installations near ground level. Thickness, forming requirements, UV exposure, size, and certification should guide the final selection — see our full acrylic vs. polycarbonate comparison for a detailed breakdown.
Are your signs weather-resistant?
Exterior signs are manufactured using corrosion-resistant materials, exterior-grade finishes, appropriate sealants, sealed electrical pass-throughs, and drainage provisions. As required by UL and CSA standards for outdoor electric signs, weep holes are installed to allow water and condensation to drain. Exterior signs should not be described as completely waterproof.
Are the materials suitable for coastal or high-corrosion locations?
Special materials and finishes are available for coastal and high-corrosion environments. For salt-air or marine-adjacent installations, 316-grade stainless steel is recommended over standard 304 stainless or aluminum. Disclose the installation environment when requesting a quotation so appropriate materials can be specified.
What type of LEDs and power supplies do you use?
We use commercial sign-grade LED modules and compatible listed power supplies selected for the required brightness, color temperature, and sign construction type. All electrical components are selected to meet the requirements of the applicable UL and CSA certification for the sign.
How do you prevent water from entering the letters?
Exterior letters and signs are constructed with sealed seams, weather-resistant sealants at all electrical pass-throughs, and drain holes at the base of each letter return. Drain holes allow condensation and incidental moisture to escape — a construction requirement of UL and CSA certification for outdoor electric signs. Field installers must maintain drainage, use suitable penetrations, and seal the building envelope without blocking the intended weep paths.
What's the difference between raceway-mounted and direct-mounted channel letters?
Raceway-mounted letters are pre-wired to a metal enclosure that houses the power supplies and wiring, allowing faster installation with fewer wall penetrations — the raceway remains visible behind the letters but can be painted to match the wall. Direct-mounted letters are installed individually with wiring routed through the wall, producing a cleaner architectural appearance but requiring more wall penetrations and precise field measurements. See our full comparison of channel-letter mounting systems for wireway and backer-panel options as well.
Illumination
What is the difference between front-lit and halo-lit channel letters?
Front-lit channel letters direct LED light through a translucent acrylic or polycarbonate face — the face glows and the letter is visible as a bright, colored, illuminated shape. Halo-lit (reverse) channel letters have opaque faces and direct light toward the mounting wall behind each letter — the face stays dark, and a soft glow appears around the perimeter of each character, producing a more refined, architectural illuminated effect.
Can you make letters that illuminate both the face and the back?
Yes. Front-and-back-lit channel letters combine an illuminated face with a simultaneous rear halo on the mounting surface, both produced by a single set of internal LED modules — no secondary lighting system is required. This configuration delivers the highest night-time visibility, with the sign readable from both the front-face illumination and the perimeter glow.
What LED colors and color temperatures are available?
Common options include red, green, blue, amber, warm white, neutral white, cool white, RGB color-changing, and specialty colors. Exact availability varies by LED manufacturer, and we select modules according to face color, letter depth, stroke width, brightness target, certification, and the visual effect required. Confirm the required color when requesting a quotation.
Can you match a specific illuminated brand color?
We can select acrylic face colors, vinyl films, and LED color temperatures to closely approximate a brand's specified illuminated color. Because transmitted LED light differs from reflected print or paint color, the nighttime illuminated appearance can differ from the daytime surface color. We review the complete combination of face material, vinyl, LED color temperature, letter depth, and interior finish to find the closest practical day-and-night match, and an illuminated sample or prototype is recommended for critical brand color programs.
How bright will the sign be at night?
Illumination level depends on letter depth, face material and color, LED module type and spacing, power level, and ambient light levels at the installation site. Signs are designed to produce even, appropriate illumination for their intended environment. Provide installation location details with your quotation request for specific guidance.
Can the brightness be controlled or dimmed?
Often, yes, when compatible dimmable LED modules, power supplies, and control systems are specified before production — dimming requirements must be identified at the quotation stage, since they cannot be added to a sign after it has been manufactured. Outdoor electronic message centers use their own brightness-control system and should be configured to comply with local nighttime brightness requirements.
How long should the LEDs last?
LED service life depends on the LED product, operating temperature, power supply quality, ventilation inside the sign, and daily operating hours. Commercial sign-grade LED modules are rated for extended service life by their manufacturers — refer to the LED supplier's technical data sheet for rated-life specifications applicable to the components in your sign. For more on selecting and testing the right modules for a project, see our guide to choosing LEDs for channel letters.
Where will the power supplies be installed?
Power supplies can be located inside the letter bodies, in a raceway or wireway behind the sign, in the wall cavity, or in another approved, accessible location. The installation method is determined by the sign design, letter size, and site conditions.
Can individual LEDs and power supplies be replaced?
Yes, provided the sign was designed with accessible service points. Replacement LED modules and power supplies must be electrically compatible with the original components and appropriate for the sign's UL or CSA certification — using non-compliant replacement components can affect the sign's certification status.
Why does illuminated acrylic sometimes look different at night than during the day?
During the day, the acrylic face reflects ambient light — the visible color is determined by surface paint, vinyl film, or the acrylic's own color under daylight. At night, the face is lit from behind by LEDs — the transmitted color depends on the acrylic formulation, vinyl film, print density, and LED color temperature, which can differ from the reflected daytime appearance. This is a normal and predictable characteristic of illuminated channel letters, manageable by selecting the correct acrylic and film combination and approving a lit sample for color-critical work.
Certification and Quality Control
Are your signs UL or CSA certified?
Illuminated signs can be supplied with the applicable CSA and/or UL certification required for installation in Canada or the United States. Certification requirements vary by jurisdiction and sign type, and requirements can differ between the United States and Canada, including electrical, labeling, and component requirements — identify the installation country and required listing when requesting a quotation, so the correct certification program is applied during manufacturing. See our full guides to UL requirements in the United States and CSA requirements in Canada for the complete picture.
What do UL and CSA certification mean for a sign?
UL and CSA certification for an electric sign means the completed sign has been manufactured to the applicable standard — UL 48 in the United States, CSA C22.2 No. 207 in Canada — and bears a certification label recognized by electrical inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for permit approval and installation sign-off. A certified LED module or power supply alone does not certify the completed sign; the finished sign itself must carry the appropriate certification label. The mark supports electrical inspection and code compliance, but it does not replace permits, structural engineering, or approval by the local authority having jurisdiction. See UL Listed vs. UL Recognized for more on this distinction.
How should UL and CSA certification be described?
The safest and most accurate description is that illuminated signs can be supplied with the applicable CSA and/or UL certification required for installation in Canada or the United States. Terms such as "CSA approved," "UL approved," "recognized by CSA and UL," or "UL/CSA approved" should not be used — these do not correspond to specific certification marks. The precise claim on any completed sign should correspond to the certification label it carries and the manufacturing program under which it was produced.
Can a sign be certified after it has already been manufactured?
Do not assume that certification can be added after the fact. A certified sign must be engineered, built, documented, and labeled under the applicable program from the start. Identify the installation city, state or province, and required certification before production, so the correct manufacturing path can be confirmed.
What quality-control checks are completed before a sign ships?
Depending on the product, checks include dimensions, spelling, finish, assembly, wiring, grounding, illumination, current draw, component operation, labeling, and packing. Illuminated products are powered and visually inspected before release, and any nonconformities are corrected before shipment. When appropriate, we can provide production or pre-shipment photographs — identify any project-specific inspection requirements at the quotation stage so they can be built into the production and acceptance plan. See our production facility page for more on how each sign is built and tested.
How do you test illumination uniformity and color?
We illuminate the completed sign under controlled shop conditions using a light meter and visual inspection, checking for dark areas, hot spots, module shadows, and inconsistent color between letters. LED layout, spacing, letter depth, and diffusion are adjusted during design and production to achieve a uniform appearance appropriate to the letter style. See our full LED testing guide for the letter-by-letter procedure we follow.
Production Timeline
How long does quoting and production take?
We typically respond with a quotation within one business day of receiving your project details. Production time then depends on the sign type, quantity, complexity, material availability, and completeness of the information provided — a production schedule is confirmed once artwork, shop drawings, specifications, colors, and commercial terms are approved. If you have a firm installation or grand-opening date, include it with your request so we can evaluate the schedule before accepting the order.
What is your typical production lead time?
Production lead time depends on order complexity, quantity, materials, certification, and the current production schedule — a standard channel-letter project often moves faster than a large cabinet, custom finish, or multi-location program. A standard lead time is confirmed with every quotation after approved drawings and deposit or credit authorization; submit your project specifications for a project-specific timeline. See our full 12-step manufacturing process for what happens between order and delivery.
When does the production lead time begin?
The production clock begins once all required approvals, usable artwork, color decisions, payment or credit arrangements, and project information have been received. Delays in approvals, revised quantities, site changes, or special-order materials may reset or extend the schedule.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on current shop capacity, material availability, and engineering requirements — an expedite charge may apply. Note that expedited manufacturing does not guarantee expedited freight, so provide the actual required-on-site date, not just an installation date, when requesting a quotation.
How are production changes handled after approval?
Contact us immediately. We'll stop or revise the work where practical, then advise on the effect to price, scrap, tooling, and delivery. Work already completed or materials already ordered may be chargeable, and some changes require a new drawing approval before production resumes.
How do you maintain consistency on repeat and multi-location orders?
We use approved drawings, bills of materials, color references, component specifications, and packaging instructions as repeatable production standards. Because manufacturers occasionally discontinue components or colors, any necessary substitution is reviewed for compatibility and approved before use when it affects appearance or performance.
Pricing and Payment
How much do wholesale channel letters cost?
Every sign is custom priced. Cost depends on letter heights, quantity, materials, illumination method, fabrication complexity, mounting requirements, applicable certification, packaging, and delivery destination. There is no published price list — submit your project specifications, artwork, and dimensions for a quotation. For help making the cost case to your own customer, see the ROI of channel letters.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing reflects letter height, total stroke length or perimeter, return depth, face and back materials, illumination type, LED component selection, fabrication complexity, quantity, applicable certification, mounting hardware, and delivery destination. Freight, taxes, permits, field measurements, installation, and site electrical work are quoted separately unless the quotation specifically includes them.
Is there a minimum order?
We accept projects ranging from individual replacement letters to large-volume multi-location programs. Contact us with your project details.
Do you offer volume or repeat-customer discounts?
Volume pricing and preferred pricing are available for qualifying orders and established wholesale accounts. Contact us to discuss your production requirements and order frequency.
Are drawings, patterns, power supplies, and hardware included?
Inclusions vary by project. Each quotation identifies what is included — shop drawings, installation patterns, wiring diagrams, electrical components, and mounting hardware should all be confirmed before the order is placed.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable taxes depend on the billing location, delivery destination, and the customer's resale or tax-exemption documentation. Provide your exemption certificate when placing the order.
Shipping and Freight
Where do you ship?
We ship wholesale signs and channel letters throughout the United States and Canada. Other destinations may be reviewed individually — contact us with the delivery location before requesting a quotation. Freight method is selected according to size, weight, fragility, destination, timing, and whether a commercial receiving facility with a dock or forklift is available.
How are signs packaged to prevent freight damage, and is packaging included?
Products are protected with appropriate surface film, foam, blocking, and reinforced cartons or custom crates; large or fragile signs may ship on pallets or in purpose-built crates. Multi-location orders can be labeled by store number or installation sequence, and blind shipping can be arranged for these shipments as well. Standard packaging is included in the quotation, and custom crating for large, fragile, or complex signs may be quoted separately. Packaging is designed for normal carrier handling, but the receiver must still inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
Are shipping charges included in the quotation?
Freight is quoted separately unless the quotation specifically states that shipping is included. Shipping costs depend on the shipment dimensions, weight, delivery destination, and carrier — freight estimates may change if these details, the requested delivery date, or accessorial services change. Liftgate, residential, limited-access, inside-delivery, and appointment services may carry additional charges.
What should I do if a shipment arrives damaged?
Inspect all cartons and crates before signing. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and product, keep all packing materials, and notify us immediately. Report concealed damage as soon as it's discovered, since carrier claim deadlines can be short. Prompt reporting gives us the best opportunity to support the freight claim and replacement process.
Installation
Do you provide installation services?
Installation availability depends on project location and scope. We can manufacture for installation by your own team, coordinate with a qualified local installer through our installer network, or quote installation directly where the service is available. Permits, surveys, access equipment, structural work, and primary electrical connections must be clearly assigned before the project begins. See our installation page for more on how this works.
What installation information and hardware are provided?
The package may include shop drawings, mounting patterns, common fasteners, studs, clips, raceway details, and wiring diagrams, as stated in the quotation. Final fastener selection, anchors, sealants, structural adequacy, and electrical connection must be verified by the installer for the actual wall and local code.
Warranty and Service
Do wholesale channel letters and signs come with a warranty?
Yes. Illuminated signs and channel letters are covered by a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials, fabrication, LEDs, and electrical components, with two-year limited labor coverage also included. The quotation and warranty document govern the specific project, and coverage may differ for third-party digital displays, specialty products, or customer-specified components.
What is not normally covered by the warranty?
Typical exclusions include improper installation or wiring, incorrect voltage, physical damage, vandalism, water entry caused by the building or field penetrations, extreme conditions outside the design basis, unauthorized alterations, normal finish aging, and carrier damage. Review the written warranty supplied with the order for complete terms.
How do I submit a warranty or service claim?
Contact us with the job name, invoice or order number, installation date, site address, photographs, a clear description of the problem, and any electrical test results available. Do not discard components or authorize major field work until we've reviewed the claim and provided instructions.
Are replacement LEDs and power supplies available?
We use commercial sign-grade, serviceable components wherever practical and can help identify suitable replacements. Component availability is subject to the manufacturer's product lifecycle, so replacements may be current equivalents rather than the original part — confirm voltage, output, certification, wiring, and physical fit before installation, since replacement components must remain compatible with the sign's original design and certification.
Who is responsible for diagnosing a problem with an installed sign?
The installing sign company or a qualified service technician should first verify incoming power, wiring, grounding, timers, photocells, power supplies, and visible damage. We'll assist with remote troubleshooting and determine the next step based on the findings and warranty status.
Can you support repairs, replacement faces, or additions after the warranty period?
Yes. Subject to available records and materials, we can quote replacement faces, letters, components, or matching additions after the original warranty has expired. Provide photographs, dimensions, and original drawings or order information — exact color matching may be limited by weathering and material changes.
